SERVICE GUARANTEE

Complimentary repairs are available within 7 days for gel polish & nail enhancements and 48 hours for regular polish. Accidental damage, normal wear, or changes in color, shape, length, or design are not covered.

NO REFUNDS

All completed services are final and non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please let us know before leaving so we have the opportunity to address them. Changes requested afterward may result in additional charges.

Prices may vary based on length, shape, design, products, and complexity. Please confirm your selected service and price before we begin.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, infections, injuries, diabetes, or other health conditions that may affect your service. We may modify or decline a service when necessary for health or safety.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for abusive, threatening, disruptive, inappropriate, or intoxicated behavior, or for reasonable health or safety concerns.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please keep your personal belongings with you. The salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. The salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced gift cards.
